Join me for a cosy Wednesday night in...
This is the start of a community, a gathering of humans who want to come together to rest, stretch, and feel their best.
We live in a crazy old world, and here is a place to shut out the noise. wrap yourself in a blanket and allow me to lead you in gentle movement, restorative pratcies and meditation. When we are well stretched, we can chat with a cuppa and you might even get sung to sleep!
Most sessions will be online, live from my narrow boat, but occasionally (Im thinking about once a month) Ill book a lovely room with all of the props and we can gather together in person to do the same. We will just need someone to carry us all home afterwards :)
